The location of the hotel was central, just next door to centre of Sunderland, another establishment, and taxi to main centre. Excellent services were available.

The location to the retail park which is beside the inn was particularly good. Besides, the hotel was 5 km away from North East Aircraft Museum. The staff was amiable, rooms were decent sized. I had the continental breakfast at the venue.

I truly enjoyed to be in this place. The weather was lovely, had comfortable stay for the price. They gave me warm and outstanding room with the bedroom and 2 single beds. A huge variety of food for breakfast, which was appetising to satisfy everyone. The location seemed marvellous right next to a pub serving food.
The bathroom was very dated, I didn't like it.
